  In this place, people does not know how to do new passport for children. We did check and send service from this post office but later we had to send passport separately. We want to do premium service staff said its not availablefor first passport.
  
  I booked ticket on 25oct and till date we have not received passport. I do not recommend this postoffice for that passport service as these people are miserable and inexperience.

  Have been going here for years, and must say the staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Having worked at a few post offices myself, I completely understand how online transactions and returns and so forth are so demorilising for the staff as they essentially are working for free when serving these customers so can understand their frustration. Which I assume most of the complaints come from - understand that when these people are serving you... they are working for free, and the lovely couple at Frimley are self employed so are not gaining anything from this. So when the old man says "chuck it with the rest of the rubbish", he is completely right, because you are so lazy you probably bought clothes online and tried it on then didnt like it so returned it for free, so he is doing you a favour by sending your rubbish back! he doesnt work for ASOS, its not his responsibility!
